A LITTLE About Us

Welcome to our little world of sweets! This all began through my passion for baking at home for our three children. The happiness I get from baking has always stemmed from the sweet memories I hold dearly of times spent baking with my mother and grandmother; the aromas now filling my kitchen with nostalgia. With words of encouragement and quite a few stumbles along the way, we’ve been able to create Milina Bakeshop in order to share these baked goods with all of you!

We are firm believers in using natural, wholesome ingredients. Every cookie and baklava is baked with this mindset. We work hands on, bettering each treat with every batch. It also helps that we have an Alumni of the Culinary Institute of America on our small team (my son!) 

We hope each bite of our cookies and baklava brings you to a place of warmth and love as it does for everyone in our family. Everything is handmade, and certainly baked with lots of love. 

We are located in the beautiful Hudson Valley Region of New York State.  We are offering our treats exclusively at local farm stands and online only.
